The 7 focus areas are: Doula x 2 support; Anatomy of labor and birth; Comfort measures and essential oils; Mindful movement (Yoga and mediation); Nutrition and lifestyle support; Birth prep and newborn care; Unlimited virtual doula access and support.

The Flourish package offers unlimited electronic/phone access to birth doulas Love and Sherri through 30-days postpartum; (1) In-person Meet n Greet, Discuss + document birthing preferences plan; (1) In-person office visit & birthing place tour; (1) 2:1 call with dad or partner to answer questions, provide encouragement, quell any birth related anxiety; The Birth; (1) 2-hour postpartum home visit during the second week to process birth experience, assist where needed; and Closing ceremony at 30-days postpartum.
